10 stars. I Highly recommend. I had several sales in the San Diego area. One with Coldwell Banker Braunstein's office where the realtor no showed on the walk through, never ran comps and was basically unavailable, in other words, I did all the work. I tried Remax out of Pam Larimer's office. Another really bad choice. The realtor was several hours late on open house ( yea just think about that one) I had to walk people through the home and take cards. The realtor never returned phones calls, emails, I basically had to use the escrow company to process anything I needed done. I did file a formal complaint with the main office and was told " they were overwhelmed" and from Pam herself " I am too busy out of state to deal with any problems". I did request to cancel the contract and they refused, it was all about the commission. Finally a friend recommended Jason. He was professional, on time, honest and most important, easy to get a hold of at any time. He has a great handle on the comps and what to expect on your sale or purchase process. He also knows there maybe hang ups during a purchase or buy and will walk you through each step to take. And from my experience they work. He doesn't lie and try to tell you what he thinks you want to hear. He tells the truth and is honest, He knows what he is doing and you can have confidence you will get the best results by listening to his advice and comments, but also adding your own. I know this is a long review but selling and buying is extremely important in this economy. If you want a realtor that has an excellent work ethic and has the results to back it up, you cannot go wrong. A sale and a purchase later I am more than happy. I also have 2 friends who recently used him on sale and purchase and they both had an easy process and highly recommended Jason. Need I say anything more?

Jason is absolutely AMAZING. Being a first time homebuyer, I was clueless. And being a very detail oriented person, I had a lot of questions! Jason was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process step by step and made sure that I was comfortable and fully understood every detail. I came to Jason when I was 2.5 months pregnant and told him that he had 6 months to get my growing family into a home. My cutoff date for moving was Nov 1, 2012…otherwise we’d have to wait until after the baby was born. Jason was up for the challenge in this very competitive market. He worked diligently to find my family’s dream home (nights, weekends, lunch breaks, you name it). I know Jason had many other clients at the time, but he treated me as if I was his only one and was willing to work around the clock to accommodate my hectic schedule, questions, and requests. And best of all, he looked out for my best interest through the entire process. He brought resale concerns to my attention on properties and made sure to point out the good, bad, and the ugly at every home we toured. Jason is not your typical realtor, people! After submitting offers for 9 different properties and being bought out by all cash investors on every one… we FINALLY got approved on a home! Jason never allowed us to lose hope. We purchased a property far better than we ever imagined we’d be able to afford. We closed on Oct 4, made all the renovations we wanted, and moved in on Nov 1, 2012…just as Jason had promised! He treated us better than family, and for that, we have a realtor for life.

Some people (myself included) might discount a review that was all "5 out of 5". But the reality is after careful consideration for each of star questions, I actually believe that Jason fits the descriptions for 5 stars in each category.

Jason helped us through all stages of purchasing a home in Encinitas. We looked in a number of North County areas before narrowing in on Encinitas. We had some relatively specific requirements, and we were entering a period where there was very little inventory available in the area. Nevertheless, Jason was incredibly patient (and helped remind us we needed to be patient to find the right place) and after a few months he helped us purchase a great home.

Once we were in escrow, Jason continued to walk us through the whole process, which was especially comforting as we were first-time buyers.

Jason is "up to date" on technology, responsive to phone calls, text messages and emails, and most importantly was a trusted source of information, advice and guidance for us throughout the whole process.

I call it serendipitous luck that Jason came across my path in July 2011. I randomly found his property listing, contacted him the same day and he was quick to accommodate my schedule to view the property. Upon that first meeting, it was a go for me to continue working with him on this short sale. I recall telling him it was a no-brainer decision. It's now the end of Oct 2011 and I just moved into my new home this past weekend. The short sale process was not easy. As we all know they never are.

Many uncontrollable huge mind-boggling "surprises" occurred, but one constant in the whole serendipitous trip was Jason's tireless commitment and dedication to my needs as his client. I'm the type of person who prefers to be in control however I was completely comfortable knowing Jason was in charge as my agent and didn't need to have my hands in every single thing because he had it under control. I'm sure there's much work he did behind the scenes that I don't even know about just to make it as easy for me as possible in a difficult red tape short sale.

He is a task master and problem solver extraordinaire with many industry connections to handle whatever your needs may be. He's proactive in letting you know what to anticipate, follows through on his actions AND continues to follow up once the deal has closed. I suspect he has bartered with Father Time to have more than 24 hours in his day as he is relentless in handling any and all tasks at hand. I will not lend my name or recommendation unless I fully believe in someone or something. I would 100% recommend Jason and send all my friends and loved ones his way. No doubt.
